As a sustainability and environmental professional with over a decade of consulting experience, my role at Futureproof involves leveraging my expertise in sustainability to drive impactful change I have a particular passion for climate-related projects, as they enable me to contribute directly to mitigating climate change and advancing a sustainable future. My commitment extends to driving forward initiatives that not only mitigate climate risks but also foster long-term sustainability across sectors.
What shaped your interest in sustainability?
My interest in sustainability began during my studies in Environmental Science at the University of Queensland, where I developed a keen interest in environmental challenges and sustainable solutions. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for my journey into sustainability consulting, where I’ve dedicated myself to applying practical knowledge and strategic insights to address these challenges on a broader scale.
Who do you admire for their sustainability leadership?
I am impressed by SUEZ for their innovative approach and leadership in resource management. Their efforts in managing water resources, waste recovery and promoting circular economy solutions are truly commendable. It is exciting to see the number of patents they have obtained for innovative solutions for a more sustainable future. To me, this company integrates sustainability into their core operations
